Do you see people in-person?

Yes. I offer in-person appointments at my offices in Hayes Valley and the Financial District, in San Francisco.

 

​Do you see people virtually?

Yes. I offer telehealth appointments throughout California.

Do you see children and adolescents?

No. I see adults 18 years and older.

Do you offer ketamine, psilocybin, or other psychedelic-assisted treatment?

No.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I'm not in-network with any insurance. You may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider for out-of-network care. Please verify eligibility and reimbursement rates with them directly.  I can provide a "superbill" to accompany the claim that you submit to your insurance.

What are your fees?

• Initial Consultation via Zoom (15 minutes) - No Cost

• Initial Medication Assessment (90 to 120 minutes) - $450

• Follow-up Medication Management Visit (25 minutes) - $200

• Extended Medication Management Visit (50 minutes) - $350
